Dr. Wade is a sixth generation Floridian who was raised in Plant City where his parents still reside. A graduate of Brandon High School, he attended the University of South Florida and the University of Florida where he majored in microbiology.

Dr. Wade graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1988 and began practice that fall. His professional affiliations include:
